If you have received Stomach Soothe or Soothe & Renew and are unsatisfied, we’re happy to accommodate this request within 45 days of receiving your order

Loose leaf teas are not eglible for return and refund*

 

RETURNS

We do not provide shipping labels

For returns with more than one of the same product, only one refund per product will be given per address. (Example:  If you purchase 2 or more bags of Stomach Soothe, You will only be eligible for the refund of one bag)  

When received, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Never Received / Missing Package

If the tracking information for your order shows a status of "Delivered" at the correct address, but you have not received your items, you must contact us within 72 hours of this notice. You are required to file a Missing Mail Request with the United States Postal Service (USPS) and provide us with a screenshot of the confirmation.

Once we receive your notification and the request confirmation, we can arrange for reshipment of your order, although you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs again. Please note, orders over $80 are not eligible for reshipment.

 

 Incorrect Shipping Address 

If a customer has accidently input an incorrect shipping address, they must contact us ASAP, preferably within a couple of hours. If the order has shipped already, they will only be eglible for reshipment if the order gets rejected and sent back to us. If the order has been sent back successfully, the customer will be resent another order as soon as possible, but they will be responsible for the shipping label. If the order never gets sent back and is successfully delivered to the wrong address, they will not be eglible for refund or reshipment. 

 

Shipping to a Business Address

Please be advised that using a business address for shipping may result in deliveries occurring outside of regular business hours. To ensure the safety and security of your packages, we strongly recommend using a residential address or an address where someone is available to receive the delivery during all hours.

We are not responsible for any theft or missing mail resulting from deliveries made to business addresses outside of regular business hours. You will not be eglible for a free reshipment. 

 

Damaged Shipment and Products

We are dedicated to delivering products in optimal condition. If you receive damaged goods, kindly report the issue within 3 days of receipt, accompanied by photographic or video evidence. Upon verification, we will promptly arrange the reshipment of the damaged items, aiming to ensure your satisfaction. Please note that damaged products are eligible for reshipment only and are not eligible for a refund.

 

 SUBSCRIPTION CANCELATION AND REFUNDS:

If you are subscribing to one of our products, you will not be eligible for a refund.  Subscriptions are not intended for first-time tryers who are not sure about the product; we encourage new customers to make a one-time purchase to sample our product before opting for a subscription.

Our subscription model, provides you with our heaviest discount and free shipping, ensuring a cost-effective and convenient experience. As a result of these substantial benefits, it is essential to understand that subscribing also entails a commitment to receive at least 2 bags of our product before canceling your subscription. 

  

Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

You should consider using tracked shipping or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, or take any responsibility for the post office losing your returned shipment.
